    Red Nose Day 2007

  • Oscar Wilde

I found this phrase on a website while surfing the Internet and I think it's quite a good phrase so I have decided to put it on here: We are all living in the gutter but some of us are looking towards the stars! O. Wilde Now, another week is nearly at its end, but there has been nothing significant that is worth writing about, apart from driving to work, getting annoyed at the traffic, working, driving back home, getting annoyed at the traffic, then having tea, watching a bit of TV, going to bed. Then it starts all over again. Next week might be a bit more interesting. There's Red Nose Day on Friday and then St. Paddy's day on Saturday and I am looking forward to those days. Let's see what happens. I am going to upload a Red Nose picture also.

Just wanted to put an image on here :-p. I think the salad from the salad bar at Tescos has not quite agreed with me. :(

  • A fun filled Sunday

After spending most of the night on the Internet, I finally went to bed at about 6 am when the sun was starting to make its way up the horizon. As usual I drove to my local Tesco supermarket at about 9:30 trying to avoid the early Sunday food shopping rush. Hoping that I would be able to stick to my weekly shopping budget, I was surprised I had yet again failed to stick to it. After the shopping was finally done I drove to the Stadium of Light to buy some merchandise (SAFC). It was my birthday on 2nd March so I got a footie shirt as a present and I also bought a nice mug for work. I then drove home, put the washing on. The afternoon is now nearly over and since I have not managed to get much sleep, it'll probably mean an early night tonight. By the way, I have decided to move house. I currently live in a little village in County Durham. This place is rotten, the District of Easington charges high amounts of Council tax, while offering no service to its residents. The place is full of rubbish, thugs, people on the dole and anti social idiots. So no wonder that after having lived here I have decided to move to North Tynside. I had a viewing for a nice property at the weekend and think it's a wise idea to go for it. More details will be posted on Monday after speaking to the property agency. So as for the rest of the evening, I will probably have some pasta and stewed steak for tea, then watch the soaps (Emmerdale and Corrie), then finally go to bed. I do not expect anything else to happen tonight, but if anything does happen, I will post it.

  • Start of blogging

This is my first blog ever. I am currently sitting in front of my PC and after reading some interesting articles on blogging on the BBC website, I have decided to join the culture too. Anyway, this is just to get balls rolling and I am hoping to add more and more posts as we go.
